Yes — that's exactly what HybridRent is built for. You can have short-term listings, mid-term rentals, and long-term tenants all in the same portfolio, with separate workflows for each.
Does HybridRent sync with Airbnb and VRBO?
OTA calendar sync is available on the Scale plan. We're working on expanding direct sync to more platforms. On lower plans, you can import iCal feeds manually.
Is there a limit on how many properties I can add?
The Starter plan supports up to 3 units. Pro supports up to 25. Scale is unlimited.
Do tenants need to create an account?
Tenants receive a branded invite link and set up a simple profile. They can sign leases, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests without needing a separate subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
